Detox Retreat

  • Start each day with a delicious detox tea or flavorful kombucha, then on to a walk in the most magnificent scenery in Southern Africa. There are choices of walks on our Garden Route retreat: we can choose between walks in the Indigenous forest, walks on the farmlands, walks to the beautiful waterfall, and even walks on the wide-open beaches of Wilderness.

  • After our “fix of the outdoors”, we’ll return to the farm for delicious, freshly juiced fruit and veg juice.

  • Enjoy free time to shower or go for a cool swim in the dam, rest, or even go for a horse ride. Some retreaters can fill this time with their daily treatment of either; a deep cleanse facial, a relaxing back massage, or reflexology.

  • Yay, now lunch is served. This consists of a nurturing broth to keep those hunger pangs at bay.

  • Then onto either a creative activity e.g. Japanese Kintsugi, or a nutritional talk or a peek into the benefits of TRE treatment. Each day will have a different activity that will add incredible value to your life.

  • Next up: a gentle, healing pilates class. This is an excellent opportunity to stretch those rusty limbs & help the body get rid of unwanted toxins.

Sweet dreams!

  • The highlight of the afternoon is a soak in the hot tub with a glass of nutritious lemon and ginger water. (For those who missed their morning treatment, now is the time to choose between your daily massage, facial, or reflexology)

  • To end the day of fun, laughter, relaxation, healthy nutrition, and gentle exercise is a dinner of healthy bone or veggie broth.

  • Last, but not least, a bedtime treat of choc nut milk (homemade almond milk with delicious cacao)

  • Sleep will come easy after a day of fresh mountain air, nurturing activities, and exercise.
